Luxury French fashion house Hermès has been turning its attention to the younger, tech-savvy generation, as seen on its engagement in making bands for the Apple Watch. This time, the brand delves deeper into their world with three upcoming skateboards and longboards. Designed by Françoise de La Perrière and Henri d’Origny, “Cavalcadour,” “Bouclerie Modern,” and “Sangles en zigzag” are the three classic designs printed on the decks. Constructed from beech wood with a maple veneer, skateboarding has never felt more luxurious.
The boards will be released at select Hermès boutiques and online this late September, with prices around $2,900 USD. In other skateboarding news, Palace recently introduced Lucas Puig to its skate team with a new deck.
